• Naht Nr. - Weld number identification
• DN/WD/Material - Diameter, wall thickness, and material specifications
• Typ - Weld type (pipe butt weld, flange butt weld, etc.)
• Schweiß Datum - Welding date
• WPS - Welding Procedure Specification reference
• Ort - Location (prefabrication or field)
• Stempel Nr. - Welder stamp number
• Name - Welder name
• Bemerkung - Remarks and certificate references
